What is Mannayan Gluco+?
Glucosamine is an amino sugar made up of sugar (glucose) and amino acid (glutamic acid). Glucosamine naturally exist in our body in joints, connective tissue and muscles. Glucosamine is partly absorbed from food and partly synthesised by the body itself.
In which food is glucosamine found?
In our diet, glucosamine is found in fibrous meat, cartilage and the shells of seafood (crustaceans, shrimps, prawns). However, these parts are often not eaten. Shark cartilage and sweet potatoes also contain glucosamine, but only a small proportion of it can be absorbed by the body (about 8%).
What is special about Mannayan Gluco+?
Mannayan Gluco+ contains glucosamine HCL. The natural vitamins, minerals and trace elements are integrated into a nutrient-rich matrix of plant concentrates and Lactobacillus bulgaricus. They contain all the important co-factors that are also available in food and increase the biological availability of the vital substances.

Recommended consumption:
1 - 2 capsules daily, preferably between or before meals or as advised by the therapist with sufficient liquid.
Not suitable in case of soya allergy or intolerance.
