What is Mannayan Bio-bear leek (spice)?
Bear's garlic is considered to be the plant with the highest sulphur content in Europe. It is rich in magnesium and iron and supports metabolism and the immune system.
The versatile and tasty bear's garlic is also popularly known as "wild garlic". In contrast to garlic, however, wild garlic is often reported to be better tolerated.
Bear's garlic is not only rich in sulphur, but also contains a lot of plant-bonded magnesium and thus offers a natural alternative to artificially produced magnesium.
Last but not least, bear's garlic is also one of the plants in Europe that is richest in iron and thus represents an important food supplement, especially for people with increased iron requirements such as growing teenagers, pregnant women and older people.

Recommended consumption:
2x daily 20 drops in a glass of water or juice or take with sufficient liquid according to the therapist's instructions.
