Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), yarrow (Achillea millefolium), galangal root (Galangae rhizoma), angelica root (Angelica archangelica), caraway seeds (Carum carvi), gentian (Gentianae radix), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum aromaticum), dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), marjoram (Origanum majorana), ginger (Zingiber officinale), orange peel (Citrus aurantium), clove (Caryophylli flos), zedoary root (Zedoariae rhizoma), Iceland moss (Cetraria islandica), coriander (Coriandrum sativum), cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), milk thistle (Silybum marianum), turmeric (Curcumalonga), licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), peppermint (Mentha piperita). In alcoholic solution (40% vol.)

Recommended intake:

Take 10-15 drops diluted in a little water 1-3 times daily before meals (or alternatively after meals).

The 21 herbs and spices were mixed in equal parts as dry goods and 2.1 g of this mixture was extracted in a special process in one milliliter of ethanol. This means that 1 ml of tincture contains the extract from 0.1 g of each herb/spice listed in the ingredients.
