What is potassium citrate?
This product contains 200 mg of potassium in the organically bound and easily absorbable form of potassium citrate. In the body, potassium is one of the most important electrolytes, along with sodium and chloride. Electrolytes are minerals in ionic form (i.e. not combined with other elements, but dissolved as loose, electrically charged particles in a liquid).
Ingredients
Potassium citrate, rice concentrate (Oryza sativa), vegetable capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch), rice extract (Oryza sativa).

Recommended intake
