What is Mannayan Cholin+?
Mannayan Cholin+ is a pure vegan powder. Choline is water-soluble and similar to the B vitamins. It can be created by the body from folic acid and methionine, but often in too small amounts. Choline is naturally found in egg yolks, offal, legumes, wheat germ and peanuts. Bitartrate is added to improve absorption in the body.

Choline bitartrate powder is a well-tolerated composition with high bioavailability and is also suitable for people with limited liver function.

Recommended consumption:
2x daily ½ - 1 (level) teaspoon should be stirred into water or juice at mealtimes or taken with sufficient liquid according to the therapist's instructions.
