What is Mannayan Lecithin+?
Mannayan Lecithin+ is a pure vegetable granulate made of genetically unmodified soya. It contains a natural mixture of phospholipids and unsaturated fatty acids. It is gained of genetically unmodified soya and is particularly suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Mannayan pure lecithin has a higher amount of phosphatidylcholine (32%) compared to conventionally deoiled lecithin, as no fillers or binders are added during production.
What is a Wholefood product?
Wholefood supplements are products made from concentrated whole food sources to provide specific nutrients in higher amounts. These supplements, unlike synthetic products, do not contain isolated or man-made nutrients, but extract the nutrients from whole foods.
Ingredients:
Soya lecithin granules (phospholipids)
Suitable for:
Vegetarians, Vegans, Candida-sensitive persons
Free from:
Wheat, gluten, milk products (lactose), sugar, starch, yeast, artificial colourings and flavourings, and preservatives.
Without genetic engineering.
Recommended consumption:
1 - 2 teaspoons (3 - 6 g) daily or as advised by the therapist with sufficient liquid. The granules can be sprinkled in muesli or eaten directly from a spoon. It can also be mixed with yoghurt, honey or fruit. It is tasty and easily digestible.
Consumption is not recommended if you have an existing soy allergy.
One teaspoon of Mannayan Lecithin+ contains twice the recommended minimum of daily requirement of phosphatidylcholine. Children can cut the amount in half, while elderly, sportsmen and women and people with an intense mental or physical lifestyle can increase the amount.
