What is Mannayan Selen?
Selenium is an essential trace element. It is needed by the body as a co-factor for the reduction of enzymes such as glutathione peroxidase and thioredoxin reductase.
Ingredients:
Sodium selenite (0.45% selenium powder), excipients: vegetable cellulose powder (filler), vegetable cellulose (capsule shell)

Recommended consumption:
