What is Mannayan vitamin B3 Nicotinamid Ribosid+?
Niacin or vitamin B3 belongs to the vitamin B complex. Niacin is absorbed through food and converted to nicotinamide by the body. As a building block of enzymes, vitamin B3 is involved in more than 200 metabolic reactions.
The vitamin B3 form nicotinamide riboside is converted by the body into the coenzymes nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP). NAD and NADP are involved in numerous redox reactions in the body.
NAD ensures the conversion of food into energy in the cell. It is also the communication molecule between the cell nucleus and the mitochondria (the power stations of the cell).
The body can use Mannayan vitamin B3 nicotinamide riboside+ immediately because in this composition it has high bioavailability and does not cause the typical niacin reactions, such as skin redness or nausea that can occur with isolated synthetic niacin.
